About the role
This role is for someone who wants to sit close to the center of the studio and take real ownership of the work around the work. The right person can manage a pipeline, write a follow-up, clean up a process, shape a client recommendation, chase the missing input, and know when a decision needs to be made.
You will work across growth, GTM, sales, consulting, creative support, and light technical coordination. The job is tactical, but not passive. We need someone who can see the larger operating picture and make the next move obvious.
In this role, you will
- Run the operating cadence around growth, sales, client follow-ups, active opportunities, and priority projects.
- Turn conversations into next steps, briefs, scopes, proposals, recaps, and internal systems that people can actually use.
- Support consulting and client work by organizing inputs, synthesizing messy context, and helping produce the artifact that moves the decision forward.
- Coordinate with creative and engineering collaborators so projects have owners, tradeoffs, timing, and follow-through.
- Notice risks, edge cases, missing information, and unowned details early enough to do something about them.
